The purposes for the processing and legal bases for the processing 

Contact. By contacting me via the contact form or via e-mail, I naturally start to process your personal data, such as your e-mail address or any other personal information you might provide. Providing me with this data is not mandatory, but it is necessary to make contact. 

In this case, your personal data is being processed on the ground of your consent, which is implicated in your behavior. I will also archive our conversation history on the basis of legitimate interest to demonstrate its course in the future.  

The history of the conversation will be archived by the period of time that is tough to predict in general information. You have a right to demand erasure of your history conversation. I will erase your data if I do not have any superior legitimate interest in further data processing, which overrides your right.     

Newsletter. You may sign up for the Untourist Games newsletter in which I inform you about the news concerning my blog. I process your e-mail address and your name. Providing me with this data is not mandatory but is necessary to send you the newsletter.

I process your personal data on the ground of your consent, which is implied from your behavior – freely signing up for the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time then I will stop sending you the newsletter. Nevertheless, I might still store your data simply to be able to show compliance with the data protection law.     

Recipients of personal data. Your personal data might be processed by a contractor. I am using the services of different contractors, such as:

  2. The Rocket Science Group LLC – for sending the newsletter.

Untourist Games website is using the services of partners having their seats in the USA, that is why your personal data might be stored in American’s servers. If you are an EU resident don’t’ worry, these partners are listed on the Privacy Shield, a program that grants appropriate safety of your data.

Information that I get from Pixel is anonymous and it does not allow us to identify you. On the other hand, Facebook may combine data that is controlled by Facebook with the data collected from our site and use those for their own purposes. Social plugins. This website uses various social plugins such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, TikTok, Linkedin.

As a result, this third party gets information about your activity on this website, even if you do not have an account on their social media website. If you have an account and are logged in this third party may combine information about your visit on this website with your personal identity.
